I was born and raised in Northeast Philadelphia. I graduated high school from Father Judge and went to Penn State University where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources. I founded AllStar Staffing Group in 2008, going full time in 2010. I help people find the perfect jobs and assist employers in finding outstanding employees. I pride myself on cultivating relationships with top employers and job candidates throughout the United States and Canada.
Q: Please tell us a little bit about your family.
I live with my beautiful wife Staci, my three children, Morgan, Ben and Zach and our 4 dogs. I am lucky enough to have my Dad and brothers close by and get to see them often.
Q: Please tell us about your current, past, or future career. What do you love most about what you do?
I founded AllStar Staffing Group in 2008 in order to provide a more personalized service to my clients and job seekers alike.
Q: What are a couple of your favorite restaurants in our community?
I like taking the family to Turning Point for breakfast on the weekends. We also really enjoy Oishi. Over the last two years we have obviously been home more so we would order takeout to support local businesses like Aldo’s and El Barrio.
Q: How long have you lived or worked in our community?
I have lived in Holland since 2002. In 2010 I got my first office space at the Neshaminy Interplex and about 5 years ago I moved the office closer to home in Newtown PA.
Q: Who is the most interesting person you’ve met here in our community?
I met the lead singer of the punk rock band, The Dead Milkman at Wawa
Q: If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would it be and why?
I’ve always wanted to go to Paris. My kids are at a great age right now where we would be able to sightsee and make the most out of the experience.
Q: What is one of your favorite movies? TV shows?
I never get tired of the Office. I also really enjoy Curb Your Enthusiasm, The Curse of Oak Island and any True Crime Series
Q: What advice would you give to people?
Don’t be afraid to quit a job that makes you unhappy.
Q: What is something on your bucket list?
Retire somewhere warm.
Q: What is your go to band when you can’t decide what to listen to?
Without a doubt Guns N’ Roses
Q: What current or former local business makes you the most nostalgic about our community?
I miss the days when we could take the kids for ice cream and a burger at Goodnoes.
Q: If you could choose anyone that is alive today and not a relative; with whom would you love to have lunch? Why? And where locally would y’all meet for this lunch?
I have been a huge fan of Guns N’ Roses since high school. I would definitely want to meet and have lunch with Axl at Rocco’s at The Brick
Q: What is your favorite thing or something unique about our community?
We have the best neighbors around. From day one we were welcomed into our neighborhood and are very grateful for the friendships we have made in Holland.
Q: Where do you see yourself in 5 to 10 years?
I see myself growing my business while still having time to enjoy my family and life.
Q: (Even for friends or family), what is something interesting that most people don’t know about you?
I have a rebellious side that not everyone sees, and don’t like to be told what to do.
Q: What is the most beautiful place you have ever been?
We have been fortunate enough to go on several Caribbean cruises. One of the most beautiful spots I have ever seen was from a cabana we rented overlooking the beach in the Dominican Republic.
Q: Favorite month? favorite holiday? and best single day on the calendar?
My favorite month is July. The pool is open, my wife and kids are off for the summer and it is baseball season. My favorite holiday is Christmas. The best single day on the calendar is Phillies Opening Day
Q: What would you rate a 10 out of 10?
Being at Disney World with the family. A 10 out of 10 day would be low humidity, mild temps and lots of sun
