Q: Please tell us a bit about yourself.
Hi there! I am a resident of Holland PA and have been for the past 7 years. I had been employed by AAA since I was a college student in 1999. In 2018 I became the first independent AAA insurance broker on the east coast offering Property and Casualty, Life and small business Insurance. My husband joined me to help the business grow and now we are known as AAA Richboro!
Q: Please tell us a little bit about your family.
I am a mom of 3 boys, Caiden 12, Maxwell 10 and Logan 7. My husband is Rick, and we have a Mini-Bernedoodle named Coco who likes to bark and is not yet a year old. Our younger sons attend Rolling Hills Elementary, and our oldest son is moving on to Holland Middle school this year! We love sports especially soccer so you will likely run into us at some type of sporting event in the neighborhood!
Please tell us about your current, past, or future career.
Q: What do you love most about what you do?
Most of my career has been in property and casualty insurance with AAA. I did have various other roles with AAA before I got my licenses in 2002. My favorite part of my job is really the relationships I get to make with my customers. Insurance is obviously not the most exciting business, so my customers are the ones who keep it interesting. I also enjoy helping people who are relying on me to the expert and get a job done that they can’t do themselves. I want to make sure like they feel accomplished and satisfied with their experience. These days making a phone call can yield hours of your time on the phone. When you call our office, you get a person, or you can leave a message and a real person will call you back in a timely manner! I also love to paint and draw and sell some of my paintings as a hobby.
Q: Please tell us a bit about your business.
One thing that most people don’t know about our business is that we are a broker. AAA is not just the name of the Insurance company. AAA is a branded insurance company, but we also act as an agency that works with many other A rated carriers in the market. We shop the insurance to find the right fit and price for the customer and if the price goes up, our customers can give us a call and we can look for other options. We have products for all types of needs. Auto, Home, Umbrella, Rental Properties, Watercraft, Motorcycles, Term Life Insurance, High Net Worth, Small Business and the list goes on. If we don’t have it we will refer you to a trusted source that does! Rick and I constantly strive the do the best thing for our customers and sometimes that means finding them what they need elsewhere. We want our customers to come to us as a trusted friend, not just a business.
