Q: Please tell us a bit about yourself and your family.
I have lived in the Bucks County area since I was 6 years old. I graduated from Council Rock South Highschool back when it first opened. I am the oldest of 4 kids, I have a brother and two sisters. My brother is still in the area, and my sisters both live in Florida. My mom and dad are also still in the area. My mom is a realtor at Berkshire Hathaway and my dad is in the bar business with me, after a career in pharmaceuticals. My wife also grew up in Bucks County, so we are all very familiar and happy with our community. Together my wife and I have a two-year-old son and three dogs.
Q: Please tell us about your current, past, or future career.
I have been in the restaurant industry since I was 16 years old. My first job was at the old Wings to Go. Since then, I have done a little bit of everything. I have done corporate catering, fast casual food, management at Chipotle, and cooking at the steakhouse at the casino before it was Parks. I have also worked in the kitchen at PF Changs, bar tended and now I am the director of operations at El Barrio Cantina and Tequila Bar. El Barrio opened in 2015 and my father and I bought the bar in 2019. We took over right before the pandemic, so it was an interesting process. We have had to roll with the punches and take things one step at a time, but we have really enjoyed it.
