Hello! My name is Adam Gunsenhouser. My family and I reside in the Hillcrestshire subdivision of Holland. I am originally from Northeast Philadelphia and began working as a real estate agent in Newtown in 2015. While servicing many areas in Bucks County I had an affinity toward Holland for it’s beautiful homes and “neighborhood” feel which ultimately led to my wife and I investing in our “forever” home here in 2018. My family and I enjoy spending the weekends at Tyler Park with our children. I am an avid runner and LOVE running through the challenging Hillcrestshire community (lots of hills!)! Today I serve as the Team Leader for the entire Keller Williams-Newtown office where I primarily coach and consult the agents and attract new talent!

Q: Please tell us a little bit about your family.
My wife Shannon and I have been married for 6 years. She is a rockstar wife, mother, certified residential real estate appraiser and a volleyball player! We have 2 boys: Gavin (3) and Declan (17 months). Gavin enjoys the trampoline and playground and Declan enjoys cars and swinging!

Q: Please tell us about your current, past, or future career. What do you love most about what you do?
Shortly after graduating from Temple University I spent 5 years working in public accounting before transitioning into real estate sales. After building many relationships with other real estate agents I was inspired to transition out of sales and into a leadership role at Keller Williams. I love helping agents build a life by design through leadership.
