Q: Please tell us a bit about yourself and your family.

I grew up in Levittown, Pennsylvania and graduated from Neshaminy High School before heading to the University of Pennsylvania, where I earned my degree in economics. These days, a lot of my time outside of work revolves around being outdoors and staying active—whether that’s coaching and watching baseball, spending time at the beach, or just relaxing around a firepit with friends and family.

My wife and I got married in 2014. My wife, Kelley runs a boutique marketing and project management consulting firm for small businesses. She’s originally from the Main Line, but I managed to convince her to make the move to Bucks County, which we now happily call home. We are in Newtown Borough. Together, we have two boys, Teddy, who is  8,  and Jack who is 9. They are growing so fast and keep us on our toes. Most of our free time is spent chasing them around, getting outside as a family, or enjoying a good meal together. Family is a big part of my life, and I really value the time we get to spend together, whether it’s something simple at home or being out and about.

Q: Please tell us about your current, past, or future career.

I’m currently a founder at a financial advisory firm that I helped establish in 2013. Since then, we’ve focused on providing comprehensive financial and wealth management services to individuals and families. Our work spans everything from retirement planning and investment management to college funding and broader long-term financial strategies. I really value the opportunity to build lasting relationships with clients and help them navigate important financial decisions at every stage of life.

My background in economics has been a strong foundation for this work, and over the years I’ve enjoyed continuing to grow both the business and my expertise in the field. Looking ahead, I’m focused on continuing to expand the firm’s impact, enhancing the level of service we provide, and helping more families achieve financial clarity and confidence in their future.

If you’ve never invested before, the best approach is to keep it simple, low cost, and consistent.  You don’t need to become an expert stock picker to build wealth over time.  Everyone’s situation is quite different, but a broad roadmap could look something like this:  First build an appropriate financial cushion before investing, your portfolio won’t be able to grow the way it should if you’re forced to pull money out during emergencies.  Second, I’d recommend using broad index funds instead of trying to pick individual stocks or bonds.  Third, try automating it as much as possible, if you can have a portion of your paycheck directly deposited into your investment account then it’s easier to stick with it over time.   Lastly you must remember to always think long-term, new investors often worry about market drops which will occur at some point.  Sticking to a long term plan is key to realize the wealth building power of investing through a lifetime.

Q: What do you love most about what you do?

What I love most about what I do is the opportunity to educate and empower my clients. Finances can often feel overwhelming, and I take a lot of pride in helping people better understand their financial picture so they feel confident and have a true sense of ownership over both the process and the outcomes.  Just as important to me are the relationships that come with the work. I really enjoy getting to know the people behind the numbers—their goals, values, and what matters most to them. Building long-term relationships and being a trusted partner through different stages of their lives is incredibly rewarding and is a big part of what makes this work so meaningful to me.

Q: What is a “Must do” for someone visiting our community?

A long hike through Tyler State Park!

Q: If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would it be and why?

I’d love to take the family on safari through Africa

Q: What is one of your favorite movies? TV shows?

Shawshank Redemption!  One of my greatest worries is that I see that movie starting late at night because I know I’ll stay up to watch even if I should be in bed….

Q: What advice would you give to people?

One of the biggest pieces of advice I’d give people is to take an active role in understanding their financial picture. You don’t need to be an expert, but having a clear sense of where you stand—your goals, your savings, and your plan—can make a huge difference in the decisions you make and the confidence you feel.

I’d also encourage people to start early and stay consistent. Small, disciplined steps over time can have a powerful impact, whether you’re saving for retirement, a child’s education, or other long-term goals.

Finally, don’t be afraid to ask questions and seek guidance. Financial planning isn’t just about numbers—it’s about aligning your resources with what matters most to you. The more engaged and informed you are, the better positioned you’ll be to make thoughtful, confident decisions for your future.
